William L. (Bill) Paladino is the President and CEO of WLP Consulting.
Bill has spent his entire 35-year professional career in manufacturing, holding financial leadership positions in companies in the Specialty Chemical, Paper, Automobile, Paint, Aluminum and Organic Food industries.
Bill is skilled across the spectrum of financial accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting. However, he is known for his ability to make your financial results “talk.” He sees in those results opportunities for growth, profitability and operational efficiency. Possessing diverse analytical skills and a strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, Bill has the ability allow him to identify problem areas in manufacturing processes and develop cost-effective solutions with buy-in across all level of the organization.
Throughout his career, he has helped organizations control costs, increase cash flow, and streamline operations by developing budgeting and forecasting system, key performance indicators to evaluate production performance, and cost accounting systems to monitors costs of manufacturing.
Bill has been a trusted advisor to manufacturing business owners, divisional executives, and production supervisors. He possesses a management style that promotes open communication between business stakeholders and encourages innovative ideas emanating from every level of the organization; from the boardroom to the production floor.
As a skilled speaker and communicator, Bill is adept at communicating improvement opportunities and financial issues to non-financial managers.
His entire career reflects a passion to help small and medium-sized manufacturers achieve their full potential.
Bill earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ.
He has also volunteered his time helping not-for-profit organizations as a treasurer and trustee, and currently serves as Associate Pastor for the Bread of Life Church located in Demarest, NJ.
He resides in Monroe, NY with his wife and his faithful dog Casey.
